Return of good quality goods

You can return the non-approached goods within 14 days, provided that the said goods were not in use (there are no traces of exploitation and socks, there is original and undamaged packaging and labels), its marketable appearance and consumer properties are preserved, and there is a commodity or cash receipt (confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the specified goods).
Return of goods is carried out at your expense.

Return of defective goods or incomplete configuration

If you received defective goods or goods in incomplete configuration, you can return it or exchange it for a new one (if available in stock) within 14 days after receiving the order.
You pay for the shipment of the goods back, and the store returns the money for the shipment on the basis of the supporting document.
Sending a new product occurs at the expense of the store (do not forget to save your receipt when paying for the shipment order back, so that we can compensate you for these costs.)
We draw your attention that the goods with a defect or incomplete configuration should be returned to us in its original form, with original labels and in the original packaging.

Exchange of goods

The exchange of goods is possible only for exactly the same goods of a different size or the same size, in the case of a marriage, in the presence of goods in the warehouse. Before exchanging goods, please call or email us.

How to prepare goods for return or exchange:

1. Print and fill out a return request, which can be downloaded here.
2. Collect the parcel from the goods / returns, the check and the completed and signed return application.
3. Choose a convenient way to return:
• return to the FIVE KIDS store at Malaya Bronnaya, 36 (free of charge)
• return by a courier company SDEK (a paid, accurate amount will be reported by our employee)
• return by Russian Post (paid, the amount depends on your location)

Goods that are not subject to return and exchange, in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998, No. 55, including:
